Equipped with PLC operation panel,it is easy to control and debug the machine. The language of panel can be customized as your need.

Adopting the vacuum constant liquid-level working principle,it can fill liquid accurately.If the liquid level is over the position that marked by red line,the machine will suck the extra liquid and make it back flow to the material container.The filling nozzles can be controlled separately.

These large material cylinders can be used to contain flowed back liquid. Ensure the filling accuracy.

The capping mold can be customized and changed according to bottle size,ensures the production quality

The pressing head should be customized according to caps and bottle sizes.It can also be used to press collar ring.
